This is particularly true for internal hemroids, which are made out of mucous membranes - digestive membranes in other words. So a few drops internally does a great deal - so don't go overboard with inserting the stuff, just follow the directions.

External hemroids are made of different stuff - external sensitive skin - so although it takes longer to penetrate, and less is directly absorbed, if you follow the directions, you get enough of the active ingredients into the hemroids to do the job.

If this is a repeat attack of hemroids, in other words new hemroids have grown in, or the hemroids have been troubling you for a while, then the 33ml bottle appears the right size, particularly if they are quite largish.

How many bottles should you buy?

Probably at least two bottles, because hemroids can be so symptom rich with pain and discomfort and bleeding, so having a bottle or two on hand in case you get them again, is always a good idea.

Amoils suggests, in a communique to me, that most hemroid sufferers realise the importance of keeping some on hand.

We suggest: 2 of the 33ml bottles if you don't want to worry about running out during the next episode of hemroids, or 3 of the 11ml bottles if you want enough to do the current job, with some left over to use for the next while you wait on a new order being filled. Having said that though, one 11ml is often enough to do the job.

Of course, if you correct your diet and lifestyle better, the need for keeping extra is perhaps more for peace of mind than anything else.

Always remember to store these bottles of Heal Hemorrhoids and Heal Bleeding Hemorrhoids in a cool and dark place, as sun and or prolonged heat will destroy the active ingredients in the essential oils. Also, exposure to air if the lid is left off will ruin it - the active ingredients in essential oils evaporate off very quickly.
