If the suppository helps shrink the hemorrhoid, and the leakage was because of the hemorrhoid breaking the seal of the butt area, then it may well help with that. Just be sure it is the hemmorhoid causing the fecal leakage. Also, if it loosens the stool then it may worsen the leakage.
