As can be seen from the "Hemroids Medications and Medicines Compared" table above, the alternative hemroid medications have markedly different prices and different characteristics, which means your choice of hemroid medication will come down to the characteristics of the hemroid medication that best suits you, as well as what your pocket book will allow. 

Hemorrhoid medication that is taken orally - pill or capsule - is by far the easiest way of dealing with hemroids.  Hemroid medications in solutions are applied to the hemroid and sometimes to the sole of the foot, a device called a Q-Tip or dropper may be needed to get at the hemroids inside.  Hemroid medications in creams are applied to the hemroid and or squirted inside with an applcator that is normally supplied free.  Although I haven't come across anyone online selling an infusion of hemroid medications, such hemroid medications would be used like you would use tea, but the temperature and infusion time needs to be correct to get the full benefits, it may not taste very nice.

WANT A CURE?  THESE HEMROID MEDICATIONS ARE LOOKING VERY GOOD:

Venapro and Avatrol pills have many hemroid fighting ingredients and hemroid soothing ingredients. Venapro medication contains 12 active ingredients, while Avatrol has 12 or 13 active ingredients. In fact, the ingredients of the two hemroid medications are very similiar.  However, the major differences between these hemroid medications - Venapro has Red Sage 15mg and around 20% higher concentratons of 11 of the active ingredients, while Avatrol has Red Root 12.3mg and appears to have more fibre - suggests that Venapro will be the better alternative medicine to get rid of hemroids, while Avatrol will be more likely to be the hemroid medication to prevent new ones.

  Both Venapro and Avatrol appear to work to heal the weakened hemroidal area that gives rise to the hemroids as well.

  The Ziro hemroid cream medication contains 29 ingredients and, largely different ingredients to Avatrol and Venapro. Ziro also uses a special base cream in their hemroid medication to increase the absorbtion of the active ingredients straight into the hemroids - sometimes you have to look beyond the active ingredients to understand the quality of the product.  The difference between Ziro and these other two hemroid medications in terms of active ingredients is not unexpected, as Ziro is a topical cream, while the other two are tablets that are swallowed, so the hemroid medications are working through very different mechanisms to attack the hemroids and soothe the hemroids.  Ziro can have you pain free in typically less than 3 to 5 minutes and guarantees that their cream can cure hemroids.

  Ensa is a specially formulated hemroid medication designed to keep stools soft and to aid the digestive functioning, thereby helping to prevent the formation of new hemroids by straining.  The Ensa hemroid medication uses 14 active ingredients to achieve this.

I would describe these more expensive hemroid medications as being the Rolls Royces. From what I see, the choice is either Venapro or Ziro for hemroid fighting, plus Avatrol or Ensa for hemroid prevention.  Given the similiarity between Avatrol and Venapro hemroid medications, I would be very suspicious about using them together, but Avatrol and Ziro appear OK.  The Ensa hemroid medication appears OK with both Ziro and Venapro.

THERE IS ONE CHEAPER HEMROIDS MEDICATION - ESSENTIAL OILS - THAT YOU MIGHT LIKE TO CONSIDER:

As far as I can determine, none of the cheaper hemroid medications work to heal the hemroidal area that gives rise to hemroids.  What this means is that new hemroids appear more likely to develop.  However, if you just want to get rid of them fast, cheap and for the time being, these hemroid alternative medications appear to be definitely worth your consideration, particularly if you are serious about eating right, exercising and avoiding the causes of hemroids. 

A common difficulty with hemroid medication solutions, is that they appears to be much more difficult to apply, with a q-tip or eye dropper or finger being needed to get the solution to the hemroids inside of you.  However, in spite of all that's said, no solution should be applied to prolapsed and / or internal hemroids, as none have been proven safe for this purpose.

 The Heal Hemorrhoids medications appear to clear up the hemroids much faster and therefore require about half the supply of the curative hemroid medications.  With the Heal Hemorrhoids medication, I have been unable to find any mention of the active ingredients / essential oils used in it's manufacture, however, some glossy magazines have apparently carried favorable stories about how good this hemroid medication was.  Also available in larger economy bottles and is apparently safe during pregnancy if you select the pregnancy safe version in check out.
